30+ maker's souls and nothing. 1 duplicate nomad and all the rest were 3 stars.
7 souls were from an ultimate sacrifice... which gave me a grand total of 2 legendary souls. both of which were...

No Nomad, No Aces High Eddie.
Did get a dupe Angel of Strife...
Then again I did also get the Corrupt General which I didn't have up until now, so overall, I'd say the event produced above average...

Had the exact same issue with the quests a couple of updates back. Fixed it by uninstalling the game, restarting the ipad, and then reinstalling.
