If you submit a ticket it could take almost 4 weeks to get a reply! Why do they have to mess about with the characters? Concentrate Sorting out the bugs out first! Get the game running properly....

I agree, farming is a pain in the arse. I would greatly welcome an 'auto' play feature that would require an on/off switch where you can walk away and leave it running.
