I had that issue too, I was losing connection about 40% of the time. I lost several trooper points and sands of time. Very frustrating.

Agree with the above post...it isn't very easy to get evo shards, let alone the right coloured ones. I got most of my 2* evo shards in Kingdom of the Sands (hard), but it took some time to find them....
