Score tanked on reset

Thank you, NF for giving me back my points. I’m at 6th place now what seems to be the correct score.

Seems like you have to contact support, cause I got nothing back so far. But just had a match against a higher ranked player and earned 12 points, so it’s still bugged. Why can’t we just get all our points back without every single one of us contacting support? That would be much easier!

That bug made most of us bottom dwellers,
I mostly play for IC & have to say pulling 10coins on every fight is annoying.... Not playing much but I'd probably be somewhere in the 25-50 ranks instead of somewhere pass 300...
Hope it gets fixed soon & we'll get what we are supposed to have as for rewards or IC, motivation to play arena reached an historic low on my part...

It's 4th day already since reset and no solution to the problem. I just don't understand how Carlos & Kamuz have the will to play PVP so much this week when everything with the ranks is messed up. I am just trying to use nicer words for my post and it's very hard...
