I had this issue too. I'm on Android, I went to app management > clear cache AND delete data (it's held server side don't worry) all my skulls I know for a fact I'd one then appeared. Just clearing cache is not enough. Hope it helps someone.

Is it just me, or did another light go on in one of the windows of Night City? I remember the yellow light being on, but I think the green light in the tower is new.

Also, the rollover for it says that Killers Eddie is the reward for completing the Night City missions.

Yeah, I think they mentioned it'll launch in September. And once the rejoicing over that is done and everyone has their Killers Eddie, we can gripe about Silent Planet.

New Blue light just came up on Night City. Looks like we are getting closer to the release of it.

Yeah, noticed the new light too. Two to go colour wise I think. We have had gunner yellow for a while, then green for sentinal now blue for magus. I think we now just have warrior red and assassin purple to go.
