I have been playing off and on all day in the Cosmos and have yet to get any souls to drop.
Have the become only LOL specific like the 3 star colored evo shards?

I still get a few farming A Matter of Life and Death, maybe around 5-10 per sands refill...

I must be getting punished. I usually get around 25-30 a day or more in the cosmos. I got zero from farming yesterday.
