Unable to claim PVP reward, 7 wins

My game froze during the reward section of the 7th win. However, I have been able to continue, as you can see in the attached screenshot, showing I received the 22 win reward. Is there a way to claim or receive the prize for the 7 wins?

If you reached the reward for Tier 1 before it was changed to 7 wins, it’s just a display bug. Like on Ip4‘s image every reward lower than Tier 4 are shown here as open too, but as I reached it before, rewards were already added. If you did not receive a reward for reaching Tier 1, what was 15 wins before I think, I would recommend to write an E-Mail to support and they will give the rewards to you.

Maybe I did receive the rewards then before the change. I don't remember seeing the souls/fragments added, but it is possible.

If you are not sure, I would write to support, best from in-game, upper right button > support. They can retrace your game history and tell you, if the rewards were added. And Michelle and Sam are very kind 🙂
