Did not get PvP event Tier 4 reward

i finished the pvp Tier 4 today but did not atain the reward

My IGN is Zantarath i completed the tier 4 this morning around 11:00 AM Pacific time you can check my account history that i did not use or gain any skill shards soul/ seventh son soul fragments etc.

Wrote this in another thread (couldn’t find it though). If you reached the Tier before it was reduced, this is just a DISPLAY BUG and you DID RECEIVE THE REWARDS BEFORE. Shows here the same below Tier 4.
