"lower accuracy" also not working for Possessed Rockets in Level 6 Garden of Life. Others skills seem to be registering ok. Is there another passive called "accuracy down" for a specific character??? I would have assumed "lower accuracy" is the same thing.
Haven't tried level 10 yet. will give that a go when I'm feeling rich.

In the past "lower power" and "steal power" have been 2 separate things.. It wouldn't surprise me if "accuracy down" and "lower accuracy" are seen as different. Although I have no actual clue....
