Accuracy down skill

Hello guys!
I'm wondering which characters are best for current event.
I have problems with using accuracy down in BNW.

Which characters would be the best? I have only FoTD eddie, but have accuracy down only when enemy is below 50% hp.
Are there any more better characters for that?

Crimson Dog, Angel of Pain, 3 star Gunner & Warrior Possessed Rockets will do the job too.

There must be a bug.

I ran AoP numerous times and the event never recorded an accuracy down once, even though many accuracy down debuffs were placed on the toons.

I thought that were to fix that bug. If you go to events and press go to, it may take you to LoL last night that is where I completed the mission. It won't count toward BNW battles, but the accuracy down mission can be completed.

Thanks I hope to finish today that misison. I've just earned Crimsong Dog from missions (didn't check that he has that debuff) and have both rockets
