Again no popup this time. I think I received the fragments, not sure about ironite and souls. Any news about the investigation progress?

Again no popup. Did not receive fragments, but the souls. Had to log out from the account and back in to get the fragments. Please fix this, thanks!

Q: Do you quit the game before turn-over?

I've noticed if I am in game when the turnover happens (midnight GMT), then the popup comes up on screen, and if I don't do anything I think it auto-dismisses it).

also removing,clear cache and installing game again sometimes help...

I thought this might have happened when this thread was originally made, and I have been keeping an eye on it since.

However, I 100% did not receive my rewards from last week. Was waiting around for them but they haven't shown up. So I'm opening a ticket.

Another thing to toss on the list to keep track of with this thing.

After several weeks where it did not work, everything was fine this time. Popup & rewards.
