Is it active on your defense or only when attacking?

Only attack wins are counting for the win streak.

Yeah, but once you get those bonus is it valid for your defense too? I mean your defense will use those 5% def, mr, etc when being attacked?

One thing I can confirm: You don't get anything extra for a winning streak of 100.
