It took me whole 2 years to find the Prisoner. I have 6 of them now...the most recent one dropped during the FoI Eddie out of a rare gunner soul.

Money wise it’s the A Krampus!
3 xmass, over 500 souls open (don’t ask about the $$$) later and i still don’t have him...and i probably never will since i’m an orthodox F2P player now...

Samurai Ed was mine! Took about 2 years to get him. From the recent characters, it is Ass Hiero and Executioner Ed (was happy to see him in heroics soon) that just don't want to drop

Right?! For a 4* he seems to be quite rare. i’ve opened 100s of A&G/A souls since his release and didn’t get him.
I was also pleased to see him coming into the heroic soul soon. Fingers crossed that he will drop from those cca. 400 i have saved...

For me this example shows that the characters are by far not evenly distributed in terms of drop chance. I must have opened >200 rare A, G/A plus ~40 epic A souls since he was introduced and he did not show up (same is true for the Hierophant). Or the both of us just have severe bad luck

The only character I am missing is Daedalus.... he has never dropped in 2 heroic rounds or the original event.

I started to play after 1st anniversary, so I hope to get them as soon as possible.

never got magus corrupt general, or rainmaker ed as far as 1st generation characters. missing some of the newer characters no longer available: coalgiver, both krampus, that killers guy, musashi, redan, few others

got corrupt general about 2 weeks ago and rainmaker, redan when was in heroic lineup. mushashi and madame would be my my tops, but there are plenty now i am missing, most renewed eddies with passives, 3 minotaurs, 2 heirophants, etc
