Ok, so given the high prevalence of high power talismans, I am suggesting a talisman set that negates the opponents talismans extra effects (ie: extra stat bonuses - not the base stat increase, beneficial and negative effects, extra skills, etc).

Effect: Targets one random opponent per round. The talismans on that opponent don't provide their usual bonus effects. As with all of the talismans, if you die (even if revived) it stops working.

eg: Health talismans increase your basic stats by the talismans level (as usual), but stop providing the 15% HP bonus for that round. Same with strength talismans (ATK 15%), Iron talismans (DEF 15%), Ascension talismans (5% all stats), etc. New shield effects are negated (doesn't affect anything already on the character). Destiny talismans stop reducing damage and stop generating a random beneficial effect for that round, Valor talismans stop providing Max HP effects and removing golden buffs on attacks for that round, etc etc.

Wacky suggestion: Make the talismans a multi-colored set. In that, you need one of each color equipped. eg: If it was a 3 set (given how powerful, unlikely, but it's useful for the example), then perhaps it could be one Green, one Blue, one Red? This will bring characters into the mix that don't get played as much anymore, especially in PvP.

Extra Wacky suggestion: As above, but do it in all 5 colors, as a 4 set, equipped in any combo the player wants. Make it so that the color of talismans you have equipped determines the color of talismans you can disable on the enemy. eg: You got Red, Blue, Green, Yellow equipped, you can disable all those colors but can't disable Purple talismans. Got 2 Blue and a Yellow and a Purple? You can disable Blue, Yellow, Purple, but not Green and Red!

If you do the extra wacky suggestion, then make sure to consider how to handle opponents with the negating set affecting another negating set. Suggestion here would be that if any of the set is blocked (ie: Red gets blocked on character, character has Red in his negating talisman set), then the set stops working. Also need to make sure that they the character can't get around this by putting 5-6 negating talismans on the character so they have a working 4 set if say 1-2 get disabled.

Note: It'll need to show a special effect badge when inflicted (silver badge?), wouldn't apply to characters with immunity or perfect immunity already on them, and if you only target specific types of talismans (as per extra wacky suggestion) then when you look at the talismans on the character, you'd need a way to see what talisman(s) are affected (eg: over the talisman icon have a round circle with a bar through it or just a red X perhaps)?

PS: I think implementing this behind the scenes would be hard, and it'll probably expose a few bugs in the way things work (given it has to negate all sorts of talisman effects. That said, we need something to negate the effects of some of these really powerful talismans.
