Took to Google Translate to figure out what the hell that even means, just out of curiosity. Got back this nonsense:

I really saw this, man, no Photoshop, I swear. The picture is straight from my phone, the only editing I made on it was to lower the resolution because it was too large.

It was probably placeholder for error message. And somebody forgot to change it. It happens in software development usually when there is no time for proper testing.
