Passive after death

I am posting this as a bug since it is not consistent throughout the game. It appears that sometimes when an Ally is killed their passive will work again. I was under the impression that once the character is killed and revived neither their talisman passives nor their ability passives will function though talismans that have negative or beneficial effects based on attacking still work. Most common is Magus Lilith's Block passive, which sometimes will continue to function when revived and sometimes it will not. As a counter to that, Icarus's passive Fall from Grace, will function every time he is killed revived and killed again. There are others that have passive abilities that will sometimes function after death and sometimes not.

Definitely talisman passives are lost once the character is revived, but M Lillith always remains a blocker as does Set and W Undead Rescuer no matter how many times you kill them, I always make my goal to take out blockers first and then the one wearing the primordial talisman. I guess another 6 set in Valor or what is it Oracle or Eternal? Green 6 set talisman... take them out next...
As for Osiris I've never noticed...
