will they ever be available again? I always get stuck when I'm facing these. and after months of playing this, I believe we should get the right to get them too.

Good question. Eclipse talismans were made available again recently during Phantom of the Opera event, so we can guess that other 6-set talis will hopefully come back as well.
Oh, and remember that the Night City is coming so maybe we'll be able to get them there..
