So I first thought Rags had the new experimental talisman that freezes the arena when it senses a loss approaching but no, the malfunction is seen here with Mimic going overboard and then freezing up for my team and it wasn't against Rags

I think it’s a known bug regarding Mimic Talismans. I lost a Powerslave farm from same bug as I have them on my Cannoneer and he stacked enemy shields and it locked.
