Skill shards wasted

Little suggestion, first time i used skill shards, didnt see all of them were loaded in the power up screen. Used 12 hards on the same character. Make it so that only one a a time load in the box plz?

It was like this in the past, then, at some point, someone decided to make it so that all of them are selected by default. I'm not a fan of this as well. The old mechanics were better IMO, though there are varying opinions on this.
I think you should try to contact support and maybe they'll help you reverse it.
Anyway, there are some sac events from time to time, that make it possible to earn large amounts of skill shards, so you can replenish your supply, you just have to keep some spare souls in reserve for this.

Valentines sacrifice event in February is usually a big one with a lot of Skill Shards available....if memory serves!

Sharding a character really should be a complete commitment, no use adding a few here and there and have a mediocre set of players. If you are gonna use any on a character you should max it out fully. And the only solution is what this game is all about GETTING MORE!

I agree as well. I like the “full shard” default option
