Skull colecting not working

Hi, I'm collecting missing skulls for unlocking more skull quest but there is a problem, during the gameplay it shows that quest is completed byt at the end of the game no new collected skulls show up and it doesn't matter what chapter or difficulty I play or I have played.
Any suggestions? Thanks.

Update, I guess it's not a bug but maybe network/sync related. Restarted the game and now it shows everything.

This is happening to me as well. I kill the boss in Shadow of the Wickerman in one hit and still don't get credit for 75% health. This isn't the only instance. Not getting credit for any of the skulls I need to collect.
