Warrior Demon Spawn not reducing Heal?

    The Warrior Demon Spawn has:

    "BLIGHT (PASSIVE)
Reduce the healing of enemies by 30%"

It does not seem to actually reduce healing; at least, there's no debuff icon, nor is it listed amongst the "active effects" on the opponents. Neither does it count towards the "inflict heal reduction" event challenge.

Try using warrior golden son. Hits all targets with a chance of 30% unsharded, 75% sharded to reduce healing. The mission goes fast. Put freeze talis on her for optimal benefits.

New game data just came out in the last hour, so perhaps give it a shot and report back?

I can't test it as I've completed all the achievements for the event.
