Since I cannot upload an excel file I'm uploading a jpeg I "stitched" together from snips of the actual file. It's terrible looking but this is what I have so far.
All talismans are either level 10 or 20. Nothing is evolved that’s not also maxed.

Thank you Zugzwang for creating that chart. Honestly, these things were confusing me. I have a 2 star purple T1 attack, a 1 star white T2 hp, a 2 star white T1 def, a 1 star white T1 def and a 2 star white T1 attack. I wasn't sure if the color or tier was more important. I was wondering if I should sell the extra T1 defense, but they don't have much resale value. Thank you to everyone who helped with the numbers!

There are probably many many more to add so yes please let’s keep adding. But only maxed as in one star at level 10, 2 star at level 20 etc. I have to remove some 2 star at level one that are in there. They are easy to max hard to evolve so we may as well have the maxed numbers. I’m curious what other set effects we will eventually see.

I believe the higher tier is more important and you can’t evolve tier — only level. Color is the next most important factor assuming you can level and evolve. So if 3 talismans boost the same stats and have the same bonus, the highest tier is best regardless of color, then the rarer the color the higher the ceiling. At least I think that’s how it works.

Closest I can tell is there's absolutely no rhyme or reason for ANY of the stats. They are all completely random.

List of mine... note that a couple are the same color, level, and class, but stats vary considerably. For example, look at my 2 purples.. quite a variance.

Your 2 purple give different effects. If two cosmic boost the same stats and have the same effect, then the numbers are identical as well.

Wow Yup, what a heavy list! How do you have 10 while I have only 5 so far? And can you confirm what kgk said, so that they can change color by evolving them from 1 Star to 2 Stars? Otherwise only 4/10 white would be a very good rate!

first time not white, woho! Still not sure if good enough to be used and leveled/evolved
