Well I just grind for frags

I have not seen ANY change colors. But I have also not had enough resources to evolve anything. I've only leveled up from 1 star to 2 star - and colors haven't changed. The Single T2 I have dropped as a T2. Note that all the others are T1s.

But making a 1 Star into a 2 Star is evolving!?
The Tier level does not change by evolving as far as I read here. I have not leveled or evolved any of mine as they are all white T1.

Maybe the logic is different .. I assumed, perhaps incorrectly, that the stars were levels and the T-whatever was the rank. At some point evolving would mean the rank increases. But I could be totally bat-shit crazy about that. Truth is, I've not had enough of the rare items - ashes, onyx, etc - to do anything requiring those. All I've done is level up from 1 star to 2 star....

It seems to me if they are introducing legendary and mythical Cosmics there SHOULD be a way to evolve a T1 to a T2 then T3. Just like you get a 4 star Eddie level it to 80... then evolve it to a 5 star.. then level it to 100.

So yeah, 1 star to 2 star would be evolving I guess.

I evolve a white T1 and blue T2, the colors do not change. The T status does not change upon evolving the talisman.

I don't think there is anybody (outside NF) who could evolve cosmic past level 2. Not enough 2 star runes.

No only level 1 to level 2, not enough of any evo materials to go to level 3.

I THINK theoretically if you spent enough $$$$$ over the last few events it MIGHT be feasible. More $$$ than I'm willing to spend though.

I think it could be possible if you got real lucky on the evo drops. I'm half way there on some. With lucky drops and more play some could be lucky to have enough for a tier 3 evo.

IIRC any cosmic evolution pack has not contained 2 star evo runes. Only rare materials, catalyst souls and 1 star evo runes. It think NF has kept it tightly controlled deliberately.
