I'm having best results with Echo using Bass Eddie, and the Gunner and Magus Children of the Damned, both kids have energy Talismans and the blue one has Future. Basically you spam his Past power move over and over again and use the extra turns to give him more energy

Gemini Castor and Gemini Pollux with Chance talismans are blowing through the Increased Power Generation and Critical Chance objectives for me.

Im thinking Icarus (Enegy+Future) + HE (crit+reds) {Icarus provides the -ve buffs for HE's fury} + blue ninja (Crit+Future) + Bomber Boy (energy+crit).

You're probably overthinking it. I've done 39 runs and all I have left to do is the Vanish objective. Whatever you pick is probably going to be just fine.

You score for each toon you give the effect to. So, the Sentinel Allied Bomber Boy will score 3 times per stage with Increase MR and Increase DEF. Do a 5-stage run like Powerslave and you're scoring 15 times per run.

Soldier Eddie with Echo Talisman Roulette does Accuracy Up, Power And Fury Generation
You can feed power to
Alliance General which will grant 4 Critical Strike Chance to all allies then keep using Roulette to feed power to Warrior Axis Bomber Boy use his power move which gains more power and extra turn chance and his passive grants accuracy up

Was doing it on manual and able to get around 50-70 each on Powerslave Madness
Increased Power
Increased Fury
Use Critical Strike Chance

I used on auto with
Soldier Eddie Echo talismans
Crimson Pharaoh Dog for Echo
Warrior Pyro Soldier for Def/Mr
Magus Shinobi Spy for Vanish

Finished with almost everything except for the last 3 items with just my free 80 SoT. Only Soldier Eddie had talismans.
