Blood Fragments - Where to obtain more?

Since the night-city mega event is still active, where do we find more blood fragments?
I'd really love to get the other warlord talisman I'm missing but need almost 75 more frags.

I've not completed night-city on hard or madness yet.

Blood frags should be available in tbe next mega event or possibly in the next sacrifice event.

Looks like the sacrifice event doesn't produce them but hopefully the next event.

I've 2000 reaper frags wish you there was some sort of currency exchange besides precious.

You can buy some new talisman shards or the new evo shards for these new talis in the shop (specials)
