40 regular - no luck. Then 6 legendary. Got Musashi.

Shouldn't regular heroics give epic heroic fragments?

2 mythical, 8 legendary, ~60 regular... nada.
Now I need to scrape up some more gold until I give it another go.

Yep, it should.

Was tempted to go for him, but I've only got 2 mythicals, so might wait until someone more powerful comes along.

Am chomping at the bit to have a crack at the assassin banshee in a months time though!

Didn't get any either (I redeemed 99 heroic souls). Not sure if heroics are supposed to drop frags. Are there epic heroic souls to begin with ?

About 100 normal heroics, 2 HE but no Musashi so far. Will try again in the evening. Good thing is the overlap with the sac event.
I was also hoping for some frags in addition, but as far as I know there are no epic heroics. Do legendaries give mythic frags?
