Saint Talisman-Sacrificial Event bug

Hey troopers,
Few days ago I finished all tasks for Sacrificial event, where I aim for Saint Talismans, got only one from possible 3 for some reason. Its frustrating considering that I made some huge sacrifice for those. Wrote to support, got only automatic reply. Any suggestions what should or can do? Thanks in advance.

It seems their support team is on vacations, I opened a ticket because at start of arena event it didn't count my first 41 battles. After 5 days not answers. Anyways already finished my 200 battles this morning.
