The following is the preliminary list of character and talisman tuning changes that will go live in an upcoming update.
The timeline for this update is not confirmed, but we are targeting early next month.
Please keep in mind that this post is only looking at a preview of character and talisman tuning. The next update will include many other bug fixes and improvements not specified here.

One addendum to the tuning notes. The Banshee's passive fix was not applied with this most recent server push and will be updated in the next client update.
