Idea for a new 5 star sentinel/ gunner Ed

Fury:
Jaws of Death
Deal 3 hits of true damage and 2 hits of random damage to all enemies
-Remove all golden block and damage type invulnerability effects, and Inflict curse and Permadeath on all enemies an effect is removed from
-Cleanse all allies suffering from doom or permadeath (including silver effects) and grant ascension for 2 turns
-Remove all beneficial effects including golden effects from all enemies suffering from permadeath

Deal 2 hits of true damage and 1 hit of random damage to all enemies
-50% chance to grant damage reduction shield to each ally
-35% chance to inflict HP drain, Heal Reduction, or Bleed on each enemy.

Rapid Fire
Deal 2 hits of true damage and 1 hit of random damage to all enemies
-Each hit has a chance to critically strike
-25% chance to grant critical strike to each ally
-15% chance to grant echo to each ally

Future:

Angel’s Cry
Deal 2 hits of true damage and 1 hit of magic damage to ally enemies
-Cleanse and grant a random shield to all allies suffering from 3 or more damage over time effects
-Remove all offensive beneficial effects from enemies with 4 or more offensive beneficial effects

-Remove increase max hp effects on all enemies and reduce the max hp of all enemies by 10%
-35% chance to inflict exhaust on each enemy

Last Communion

Remove all negative effects, including silver effects, and grant ghost and perfect immunity to all allies for 2 turns
-Grant increases power and fury generation to all allies for the duration of the battle

Soldier Eddie is the one from A Matter Of Life And Death, if you look up Iron Maiden-Paschendale on google images it shows a different Eddie.

I see. This seems like it could be good, but I’m not sure what the focus of his abilities are. He seems to be defensive yet also offensive.

Because golden and silver effects have been demoted to what blue and red effects were before. Red and blue effects are useless antiques nowadays.

I'm almost certain those are going to come. It's much easier to implement a new tier instead of revamping what already exists. Plus a new tier means new OP toons which translates into $$$.
