I see this error rather often in every area of the game (ofc with a different error code). Usually leads to a restart.

restart didn't halp,if i need to reinstall game every few days better to stop playing...

ive never had to reinstall the game to fix any error. I think a bit of patience will fix most problems. However, I have seen this happen often also. What I usually do is switch between wifi and 4G... So, if you are currently on wifi, turn it off and restart the game. Or otherwise, if you are not on wifi, try to get somewhere that you can connect to a wifi source.
I have found though, that this game really wants me to play on 4G, wifi often gives me fits.
