ive opened 4 of these cosmic talis since they were introduced, all have been white level 1's. 2 have been magic based with a +15% magic and 2 have been atk based with +15% hp.

Im not even interested in grinding for cosmic evo materials if they cant even give me decent cosmics worth evolving.
