Hey All,

Apologies for the lack of communication. Leviathan is out of the office at the moment and the rest of the team is pretty heads down in getting the next update wrapped up. The Lord of Light Dungeon issue is known and we will be pushing a server live shortly to fix the issue.

As far as the feedback on the update, we are definitely going to review everything that happened and all the feedback to consider improvements in both our process for releasing broad economy tuning changes as well as giving more adequate heads up by getting the tuning notes out much sooner and eventually with more detail.

I'll be able to go over it more in the coming weeks once some cycles free up and all the relevant team members are back.

Once again showing that the update isn't done, yet making changes that were said would be in the update.

The following is the preliminary list of character and talisman tuning changes that will go live in an upcoming update.

March 1st 2019 - NEVER FORGET! They stole 50% of our rare soul frags, 11% mythical frags, 60% legendary frags and 66% of rare class specific frags! Plus doubled gold price for summoning souls without a notice!

I also miss one crucial point that could be formulated like this:

"Also we are discussing about a compensation within in team, as it was our fault to oversee (insert citation from Levi)... but we could not stop the update, although the A Banshee fix was not ready and ther was still a discusison between players and our staff while the update was released. We also apologize for the fact that the update note did not include the gold cost change.
We realize that this behavior was false, deceitful, and insincere. Since the loyalty of our players is important to us, and we understand our mistake, we correct all affected soul fragments by the factor by which we devalued them. We're very sorry and we're working hard to make sure that such a mistake doesn't happen again.
Moreoever we increased the gold rewards from sacrifice by a factor of [...]."
