Characters with special scaling

Hi All,

I've just gotten my first T2 cosmic! Its only white, but has a nice +25% special. (att/def/sp)

Im thinking one option is to use it on some gunner chars to really drive a regular fury (Thinking gunner dog for eg with the multiple turns too).

But one thing Im trying to find, is which chars have SP as their scaling for damage? Good 'ol solider eddie is one. AoF power move.

Hmm so basically all the toons that handle primordials the best. lol. I guess the best use for it will be less about boosing attack and more about getting off more fury. Will be interesting to play with I guess!

Boosting Special will also boot how often Fury is fired.. so you don't necessarily have to use it on a character that boost dmg via special. I often throw a single Gunner talisman on a character just to increase the Special so fury is gained more.
