Arena - FFE Hallowed Bones

Is FFE hallowed bones skill supposed to deal damage to someone who has invincibility or invisibility? If the opponent has invisibility or invincibility he does no damage, but does remove the buff. I havent seen no damage applied when these buffs are not present. The description doesnt indicate it will remove the buff and do damage as other toons have these types of skill descriptions.

I used it for a while as a single target damage and it always does damage when Invincibility and Invisibility are not present. if they are present it does 0 damage and simply removes the effect. It should be changed to deal damage before removing the effect like some of the Banshees.
