It's interesting that Eddie is no longer available, but missions in challenges actually require him.

Hi EdmanDan. I am going to guess that you sacked him and that's why you don't have him. The only way to get him back is by contacting support and they will trade you a new Eddie for a 3* or 4* one.

Hallowed Eddie has never been available anywhere, you just had him from the beginning of the game and unfortunately sacked him before he was locked permanently. You have to do what zamasu said.

He's in Rare, legendary, and Mythic Gunner souls. I've pulled him at least twice in the past month.

Yes, contact support to get him back.

But nowadays he's locked when you get him and you can't sacrifice him. (which is a good thing).
