Where to get Warlord and Venom talis?

I haven't seen these pop up since the night city mega event. Would love a set of each. Anyone know where to get them? Or will I just have to wait and pray that they show up again in future?

Get down on your knees and prey. They where available at least twice if not three times. They were available for purchase event. They will come around again just as the six set talisman have. At the rate they are going with talisman they may be obsolete by the time they are available again.
