I took one device, where i had loads of fragments for 3* and 4* souls and summoned what i could. Had to spend some ironites and mostly all of my sacrifice material.
Well, got me the killer prime and the virtual xi-eddie and enough fragments for one soul. Got the Angel Eddie.
Ok, compared to my previous eddie i used i pvp (Iron Maiden Ed), the Angel seems ok from Damage and Live. The fact of his missing fury, i compensated by switching in the raven witch.i had nearly all characters (all devices combined, some sacrificed), only missing:

Do you think you could switch one of your Primary guys over to The Beast or Aset and add me as a trooper? I am a daily player and use all troopers.

I havent decided if I should go for a second A/G souls or wait and possibly buy the second one. I havent opened my first one yet. Have they said if they will be a permanent addition to the FC store or just a limited time offer.
