Talisman souls can’t be cashed

Hey devs, it seems that the talisman souls do not want to register. I sent a ticket but posting here to see if anyone is experiencing the same.

Just converted a talisman Soul and cashed it in. No problem here. Btw after 5 white T1 luckily didn’t get another one of those shitty and was a blue T2.

Same issue here. How did it get fixed?

As it seems talisman souls earned via arena just don't work. They changed my 5 souls(from finishing second and first in two weeks) with another, where only white ones dropped.., I have a video on bugged souls where golden one dropped to me and now i have 5 common instead. Fair, yeah?

No it’s not. They haven’t fixed mine yet but if they change mine I won’t complain because it was only 2 white and one blue T1 but in your case you should get a gold one. They should keep changing them for you until you get a gold one or a red one! Surely they can see what they will be before they stop changing them?

Ok so they need to keep letting you get random talismans until you get at least a gold T1 or better then. It may be random but there are a finite number of talismans so you would eventually get back what you’re owed. At least it was only at gold T1 you lost. Imagine if it were a red T3!

Strange. Last 2 cosmic talismans ja got were exactly the same utterly useless T1 +MR ones.
