Here's my current Madness autofarm team:

Angel Eddie: Light, Cosmic
Killer Prime: Immunity, Sustaining, Warlord
The Ferryman: Immortal, Hex
The Madam: Alchemy, Cosmic

Small sample size so far, but it appears to be about 2min per run.
