Honestly this must be a bug. If not - and it was not mentioned in the opening post or somewhere else - and this is intended, we have a big fraud here.

Can't purchase cosmic frags from the store. It says I don't have enough Gunner Anubis frags! Looks like the other items require Magus Bomberboy frags as they should. Please fix this dev's

I'll try......but anytime I go to click the evolve button.
It specially says " This Talisman is already at Max Evolution !

There is a talisman with two" partitions" in the picture, but it's T1 and it should only have one. Looks like a bug. Maybe it's the reason why it can't be evolved?

Yeah . . . the more I think about it, the more I think going for the T3 is worth it. My cosmic soul drop luck hasn't been great, and the Ironite cost for the T3 doesn't seem too terrible, especially with the recent change to 120 SoT per refill. I wish we knew the stats of the cosmics, though. Since they are Freeze, I assume they will boost HP and Magic, along with either Def or MR. But, I guess there is no way to know for sure until someone buys one . . .

Zugwang posted an example of a freeze tal - it did not contain HP. It was ATK/MAG/MR.

Also my previous estimate of ~5k ironite was to get the T3 Talisman, all the tal frags, and all the tal evo mats.

If you look at the pic that angel Kelly posted, it should be able to be evolved. If it was maxed it wouldnt have a star next to the evolve button.

My T3 with freeze was a common white one. The purple is 2 color qualities above that so who know what it will have. It will be better regardless.

The Cosmic Talisman not being able to be evolved is definitely a bug. We'll look at getting a server fix out for it during the maintenance or shortly thereafter.
