It specially says " This Talisman is already at Max Evolution !

Is there any correlation with frag drops at the various levels of LOL? I know with the dungeons that madness is usually the best to grind but since the LOL events are random us it worth grinding level X compared to say level 3 disregarding the other rewards you get

"Harder floors have a higher chance of dropping fragments, but not too much higher. I tried to flatten the odds more between floors so that this event is more accessible for players, so definitely feel free playing on stages that you're most comfortable with."
