    This has been fixed in the latest hot fix client, which you can now find in the app store.

    Hot fix Client? ermm... huh?

    I searched the app store and only see the Game app. Which is installed and merely has the "Open" button, as opposed to an "Update" button.

    Do you mean I would need to uninstall/reinstall to correct this issue?

    I got an update in the store earlier today.
    Missing the following characters (well the ones I want!):

    Sometimes you may have to force the App store to update by going to the Updates tab and dragging down at the top to refresh your list of updates. If you don't see it at that point, you can contact customer service with your account info and they can look into what version of the game you have to verify if you are running into a bug with the hotfix or if you are still on an older version.

    Yeah did that, twice ( long time user ).... I'll try again in a bit.

    I'd honestly just uninstall/reinstall if needed rather than contact support. It'll go faster




    And sure enough... checking 4 more times finally shows the update... Sorry for the trouble.. probably a stubborn cache issue on my device.
    (And it is corrected after updating)
