Infernal Conflict (Frontier Key) - Debut of Magma Beast Eddie

Same here, got the Infernal keys, went straight to grinding for new Ed.
Keep dozing off, just to wake up to a defeat..... can't afford to waste dungeon time..... BUT 2 HOURS STRAIGHT TO BABYSIT THE GAME, it's unstable going through w/ the 3 required. Losses are rare but still. Waking up to wonder how long it's been idle, sux. Anyway, took a cat nap..... back to work.

I hear ya. My autofarm team is running at about 99%, but that 1% chance of failure means there's a good chance it'll bomb out while I'm asleep. Not worth spending the Ironite on a mega refill overnight. Luckily I can autofarm it while at work, so I should have Magma Eddie in another 4 or so hours. I'll accept a handful of failures to finish it out in 300 runs instead of 600.

I was using your recommended setup but sadly I didn't have the Banner Talismans and I was losing every other battle. My Assassin relics are all maxed with the exception of magic resistance but my team couldn't hold it together consistently. I had to separate Wrath and Beast so sadly I'll have to shoot for the 600 as opposed to the 300... :-(

I was using your recommendation of:

Gambler Eddie: Banner, Warlord
Purple Heirophant: Labyrinth, Cosmic
The Beast: Tower, Hex
Wrath: Immortal, Redemption

If it's changed can you let me know so I can give it a shot? :-)

I tried my first dungeon and my assassin teams are not up to snuff. I made it through one time just to see what the new Eddie looks like and that's all I'm doing. I don't have Gambler and all my assassin Eddie's are dead within three hits. Everyone I used was maxed. I put all my talismans back on their indented toon and I'm done done from the start....

The talismans on The Beast are currently Labyrinth+Cosmic and the talismans on the Purple Heirophant are now Tomb+Warlord.

Not having the talismans for this one is rough...If you have a second set of Labyrinth talismans, definitely use 'em on Gambler Eddie. Otherwise...maybe Angel + Warlord + Cosmic? Or put one set of Labyrinth on Gambler and try Immortal + Sustaining + Cosmic on The Beast?

Shadow work well on The Beast. I'd put Labyrinth on Gambler.. and Shadow on The Beast. Gamblers' best move in the dungeon is his basic to remove buffs. A Hierophant prevents more buffs being added. The dungeon jsut takes longer when Gambler gets stuck on using some other move than his present basic. But there's no losses here. Even if a couple allies are dead by the end. Gambler and A Hierophant have cleared the last stage rather easily by themselves. But, of course, none of us know how relics factor in.....

I totally agree. BTW, there is bug w/ killing Magma Ed. Too many times he dies, but comes back invisible and keeps attacking. I have to finish him again. See pic below. I had to go another round like that. Also, I've seen G. Bat revive while having perm death. I've seen Magma fully heal w/ perfect crave. If anyone is wondering, pass. disable doesn't work on boss level, nor stun.
I took off the redemption from Wrath. Didn't seem to do anything. Tower is sooo much better.

Or he lies flat on the ground and attacks..// twitching every now and then. Apparently using his tongue embedded in the ground to move him forward/aback a little. .. at least I HOPE it's his tongue and not some other appendage

Has anyone seen a single reaper talisman drop in the infernal dungeon? Ive got about 200 battles and none.
