    Hmmm good question.
    Orinally Ghost was a buff given by a ‘Soul Talisman’ amongst other features of the Talisman. If the character donned with this 4 set of blue Talisman died during battle the character would live on ‘ghosted’ for two or three more turns before finally snuffing it. The effect is irreversible.
    Once dead this character could not be revived. Alchemist Fury move ‘Soul Protect’ also offers a form of ghost in the form of a gold disc over the character with the buff active, the result is the same.

    When a character is tainted with ‘Dark Ghost’ this version places the character in the ghost state immediately but the effect is reversible if there is an Ally or the character itself can clean silver negative buffs before the countdown on the buff runs out, it’s likely someone else here on the forums can elaborate on my explanation but that’s the crux of it...

    Incidentally Alchemist is also the only character (non Eddie) I’m aware of that can clear silver buffs on a normal move (non power or fury move)

    I think Dark Ghost also runs down with each action instead of each turn, but I would have to confirm that

    Finally scored Icarus Ed tonight thanks to the sac event. I really like him, however, his fury is supposed to inflict 3 true burns and stacks of fear for the duration of the battle... I see the true burns apply, but never the fear, and the burns disappear at the end of the turn. The enemies had no talismans nor passive to cause this. Is it a bug, or am I just going crazy?

    Technically a "turn" IS any action by a character.

    A "round" is after all characters have had their "turn".

    There was a discussion on this some time back. Seems Ghost (at that time only the yellow version) has something that keeps it from determining "rounds" and it only sees "turns" Where are many other buffs see "rounds" and ignore "turns" --- for example Charlotte granting Immunity to silver buffs for 3 "turns" --- this is actually 3 "rounds"

    In the app, "round" and "turn" are NOT differentiated and every description merely reads "turn".

    For Ghost, silver or yellow, each action a character makes is a "Turn" and will decrease the counter.

    From my experience with Lamia's Dark Ghosting power move, this would appear to be correct. I've run into situations where a stunned dark ghosted enemy takes ages to finally die.

    EDIT: Didn't see Yup's post before I typed this up. Only recently started noticing the difference between per action and per round, specifically in offensive buffs like Echo and Accuracy Up.
