Ripped off!

Dear Devs I have tried hard not to complain and carry on regarding this issue (many people on the public forum have become a bit precious lately)

I am trying to play the infernal dungeon, I have 60 runs to go, Every time the game gets to the final boss and I beat it on auto, the game goes into connectivity issues, I cannot continue and have to close the app and reopen again.
Other parts of the game seem to be ok, this has wasted dozens and dozens of my sands of time and the two hour window the dungeon is open for is significantly shorter. I have taken photos of the various screens to prove I’m not mad. MACL11 is the error code.

An you please fix this problem ASAP I had to purchase the FC for the dungeon key with ironite which is essentially real money I have invested so please fix it.

To make matters worse I can’t send a support request as the email comes back as spam. What the?

Same problem here, can't play, every time the game tries to contact server to get the rewards, I get the maclo error, and I get no rewards, happens everywhere. Sorry for my troopers
