No access to the book of souls iet any of the stores

Since the update I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game 7 times. Since the update I've had no access to these areas. I can go anywhere else in the game with no unusual issues. I've submitted a ticket, but until this is resolved I can't do any of the keyed dungeons. You could say this just sort of sucks. Actually it buttermilk hard.....

I have the same problem...
I cant go to the arena and trooper store and trooper score will not be updated. playing the game is going to be impassible. I hope the game supporters fix it. Thanx

I know. It's the most aggravating but yet. Also, I don't know how many it's actually affecting. They don't seem to be addressing it....

I have 2 google play count, but I use only one during a long time.
I have done a paiment in the LOTB store just before the problem

I know. I've never really cared if I got compensation for past bugs, but this event I really wanted to do and I feel we should be extra compensated for this bug. I don't feel I've had a fair chance for the Lord of Light because of it.
