Toxic burn - I used Demos spawn A to passively inflict crave to all enemies and then Iron Ed's future basic to inflict up to 5 Toxic burn. It goes fast.

New sentinel Onyx son also works great for Blind (even on auto).
Well, looks like Lucifer is gonna be a far far away achievement. I burned 1800 ironite and got nothing. I actually got two sentinel Onyx sons. Great loot considering that I will get him anyway via normal achievements. That makes the whole situation even more irritating.....

At lower levels of Awakening, Lucifer, Cosmic LoL, Sentinel LoL, Gunner LoL, and Assassin LoL, are all not as good as Dark Lilith or the Warrior/Magus LoL’s. At max level, though, they are going to become unstoppable. Lucifer can remove any form of damage block (including Perfect Heal Shield) and his final passive leads me to believe he’s unkillable unless your team is heavily focused on stunning the enemies.

It's not bugged, you need to apply PERFECT death to those bastards in wave 4.

Good lord, that took me quite a while to figure out. "Why the hell do they keep coming back?!" Then I noticed they both had Brave talismans and the only way to pull it off was to hit them with perfect death. Thankfully, you only need to hit one with it and then kill the remaining one to end the cycle.
