No access to book of souls or any of the stores

Since the last update I've had no access as stated in the title. I submitted a help ticket the 2 day giving time to fix itself. Nothing was fixed. No response from customer service and no way to pull souls to even complete the daily challenges. I have access to the entire game aside from the title. This event is now almost over and with only the natural sands of time refill I can't even play all of my troopers in one refill. I've not even started and until I get enough sands I can't even do my skull quests. I can see if I come not to do the event, but I'm very interested in this and can't even play it for the first time for to my inability to access the above. Please do something to fix this...
