... I can pick up MORE 2 star colored evo runs from "petty" sacrifices than I can from burning all SOT running BNW levels??? Any level.. I've tried them all form level I to level X... burn a full 120 SOT and get ZERO 2 star colored runes... sacrifice 20-30 1 star characters.. I get at least 5 of them.

Shouldn't BNW levels kind of guarantee evo run drops? All I seem to get are the power up runes and talismans I don't want. I THOUGHT the entire POINT of BNW levels was to provide colored evo rune drops.

You can get 2* red, green and blue from Powerslave and amolad.

Yeah you can actually get them form almost anywhere in the cosmos, even night city. But the drop rate is pretty bad....typically slightly worse than BNW.

I found the cosmos a better rate of return for 1 and 2" runes than BNW. The drop rate may be lower, but you get more battles per refill so it actually has a better return.
