Seal and True Burn...

I'm having a hard time finding the characters that inflict these. I've read through the forums but cant serm to find the right answer. A while back someone wrote it was a skill on Eternity Ed, but I cant get that to work. Someone said Explosive and Burn talis but that's not either. Ideas?

Only Asset, M. Pyro Soldier and Beast can inflict true burns. For seal try Mystic Ed, G. Anubis, W. Hierophant or A. Corrupt Rescuer. Last two are slower but they work too.
Deathbat's spreadsheet helps a lot when you're finding toons for these events.

If you have magus pyro soldier, he inflicts true burn to all enemies with his basic attack. He's the easiest one I've found that can do it. As for seal, I used a mix of corrupt general/feldmarshall (power move has a chance of sealing all enemies) and assassin corrupt rescuer (passive seals a random enemy each turn)

I used Assassin CR (*2) to do seal as well - pretty quick and funnily enough used Magus Pyro too!
